This fund helps Young Life leaders and students attend Young Life camp by:

1. Lowering the price tag for all campers (by subsidizing the total trip cost)
2. Paying transportation costs (buses, leader transit, etc.)
3. Paying camp fees for leaders (so leaders, who already invest so much, do not need to pay to serve)
4. Providing financial aid to families (who demonstrate need via application process)

This fund is fueled by parents and benefactors who want to extend the impact of Young Life in our community and help provide a sustainable foundation.

*In elementary school, Adam Jackson became lifelong friends with Bryan Reaume & Cassidy (then McClure) Reaume. In high school, this friendship helped catalyze a dynamic Young Life experience that attracted hundreds to Young Life camp where they experienced God's love, grew in faith and leadership, and formed bonds that forever impacted their life trajectories.

As a college student, Adam served as a YL Leader and encouraged many more students to attend YL camp, including finding ways to fund their trips. After college, he and his wife Grace- even in the midst of raising their four beloved children Sophia, Rosie, Vincent, and Margot- continued to find ways to help kids experience God's love at YL camp.

Adam's passing from this life calls attention to his remarkable impact on all who were blessed to know him. Grace and the children continue his legacy, including attending YL camp and helping others do the same.

Funding Goals For Michiana Trips 2024

$10,000 total raised =  winter weekend (middle school)
$35,000 total raised = winter weekend + 2 summer camp trips (1 middle school, 1 high school)
$50,000 total raised = all above trips + activates a foundation investment whose earnings will be added to this fund

These goals cover the four objectives listed at the top; remaining trip costs are covered by camper payments.

Young life is a section 501(c)3 nonprofit; donations may qualify as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.  Online donations can be made below. Checks can be made out to Young Life and mailed to Young Life, PO Box 563, South Bend, IN 46624.
